Registration of the author on the site of the journal
To send an article, the author must select a journal for publication and register on the journal’s website.
On the page https://a-publish.com, You can select the journal of interest for publication.

To go to the journal page, click the button , under the journal you are interested in.

To register, click the button in the upper right corner of the site.
- Given name — first name;
- Family name — second name;
- Affiliation — academic degree;
- Country — author’s country;
- Email — author’s email;
- Username — login to enter the system;
- Password — pasword to enter the system.
Yes, I agree to have my data collected and stored according to the privacy statement. — consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the confidentiality terms.
Yes, I would like to be notified of new publications and announcements. — consent to receive information about new issues and news of the journal.
Yes, request the Reviewer role. — consent to take part in the role of a reviewer.

Fill in the author profile and click the button , to complete registration.

After completing the profile and completing the registration, the author can choose one of the items:
View Submission — view your publications, go to the author’s account in the publications section.
Make a New Submission — submit a new article for publication.
Edit My Profile — make changes to the author’s profile.
Continue Browsing — go to the main page of the journal for further acquaintance.
Posting articles for review and publication
To send an article for review and publication, the author must enter the journal’s website with his/her data.
In your personal account, you must click the button , to start posting an article.

1. Start
The author must fill in the primary data of the article and click the button
Section — in this field you must select the type of article (research article, theoretical article or review article)

2. Upload submission
At this stage, you need to attach the article file by clicking the button and choosing the type «Article text».

3. Enter metadata
At this stage, you need to fill out the article data.
- Title — article topic
- Abstract — abstract of the article
- Source — the source can be an ID, such as a DOI, of another work or resource underlying the given material.
- Right — any rights that apply to the submitted material may include intellectual property rights, copyright and various proprietary rights.
- Keywords — usually one or three word phrases that are used to indicate the main topics of the material.
- Supporting Agencies — supporting organizations can indicate the source of research funding or other institutional support that was provided to the research.
- References — collect bibliographic references of the submitted material in a separate field. This may be necessary to work with citation tracking services such as Crossref.
You can add co-authors of the article by clicking the button and filling in all the necessary information of the co-author

4. Confirmation
At this stage, the author can complete the submission of the article by clicking the button or return to the previous step to make changes to the entered information.

5. Next steps
Submission of the article is completed. Further, the author must wait for a response from the editorial board of the journal with further instructions.
- Review this submission — go to the submitted article in your personal account.
- Create a new submission — the author can submit a new article for publication.
- Return to your dashboard — the author can go to his personal account to the list of submitted articles.

Review and publication of the article
By going to the personal account, the author can track the process of reviewing and publishing the article
To track the publication and review process in your personal account, select the required article and click the button

The process of review and publication consists of several stages
1. Submission
At this stage, the author will receive a notification about the acceptance of the article for review, or a refusal to accept the article.

2. Review
For the article, a reviewer is appointed who will conduct a blind examination of the material and provide his commentary with a recommendation on the admission of the article for publication or the need to make changes.
The author can constantly track the process of reviewing the article.

If there is a need to make changes to the article, the author will receive a notification in the “Review Discussions” field with the necessary edits.

3. Copyediting
At this stage, literary changes are made to the article.

4. Production
The last stage of active participation of the author is to place the article in the journal and pay for the publication.
The author needs to pay for the publication on our website or using the sent details.
After the payment has been made, it is necessary to notify the editorial office of the journal.

By going to the personal account, the author can track the process of reviewing and publishing the article
