Right to cancel the agreement
Clients may cancel the concluded agreement within 14 days without specifying the reason for cancellation. The cancellation period starts from the day you or your representative (third party) receive the parcel and ends after 14 days from the receipt of the parcel. In order to exercise your right to cancel the agreement, you must inform us by sending a statement of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. This can be done via email, fax, or mail. Use the attached cancellation template to complete your application. It does not have a mandatory form, and cancellation can be made in any form, specifying personal data. It is important to comply with the cancellation deadline – for this you need to inform us before the expiration of the 14-day deadline.
Consequences of the agreement cancellation
Upon receipt of the statement of cancellation, we will refund all payments received, including shipping charges. An exception is the additional costs of the selected delivery method. Full payment will be credited to your account within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of termination of the agreement.
To reimburse the cost of payment, we use the same methods that you used to make the payment. You can change the method of repayment if necessary. We will refund the cost free of charge, however, the refund itself is made only after receipt of the product or upon receipt of confirmation of sending the product back.
The client undertakes to send the goods to the seller no later than 14 days from the date of submission of the statement of cancellation. The warranty period for the return of goods is 14 days. The client does not pay for the return of the goods, the delivery is paid by our company. If the goods are damaged due to improper handling, the client is obliged to pay the cost of the goods.
The right to withdraw from the agreement does not apply to the delivery of newspapers and periodicals without concluding a subscription agreement.
